How to Ask

Send us a request in either of these ways:

• Message our Facebook Page, Madridismo Corner, with the words "delete my data".
• Call or WhatsApp us at 01670950940.

What We Delete

• Your Messenger conversation with our Page as stored by us: your messages, our replies and your Facebook name.
• Your account on this website and the details saved with it, if you have one.

We may keep records of past orders where we need them for delivery, payment or exchange issues. Messages stored by Facebook itself are controlled by Facebook; you can delete those from Messenger.

How Long It Takes

We delete your data within 30 days of your request and confirm once it is done.
